Flash mobbing. I haven't heard it mentioned for a while. We did try to arrange an H2G2 flash mobbing a while back but there wasn't much interest.

Are you kidding? All I've seen on the news for the past week is the devastation caused by the Toon Army.

Just to go back a few LEDS, my sister, my parents and there friends are still active followers of Marahrishi Mahesh Yogi. But to be honest ever since he raised a lot of money to build a centre for his pundits in India he's not been bothering much with his Western followers.
(Me and my brothers all sniggered at that one)
And Dr's are seeing more AIDS than ever sadly due to the lack of the 'Don't die of ignorance campaign. (well possibly due to the lack of that, possibly due to other reasons as well).

Stockard Channing plays The First Lady in the very splendid series 'The West Wing' (currently running on Channel 4 on Friday Evenings). She was also in the news about a fortnight ago because she was arrested for drinking and driving.
I'm glad you mentioned King Rollo - hardly anyone seems to remember that series. It was cute

But Lisa Stansfield's got a new record out - it's on the radio every day here. She did a big promotion tour in Germany a few weeks back for it - you couldn't watch any chat show but she'd come on.
I can't believe she only released it out here and not in the UK.
By jumping jacks - do you mean the fireworks?

And if you haven't seen your 3d glasses for a while, I recommend you start looking - I've heard that there are scenes in The Film (Hitchhiker's) which use the technique.

I fill my glass at the sink. Water in plastic bottles is frightfully wasteful of plastic, contributing to use of scarce resources and lots of landfill [My local council needs to make more positive efforts to encourage practical recycling]

It all depends where you live, I suppose. We have very good tap water here but a building with old pipes I used to live in years ago just down the road had horrible water (unless you let the water run for 10 minutes).
