Hey! Just because YOU don't like Taco Bell is no reason *I* can't like Taco Bell. Hmph.
But yes, it's true that it isn't really Mexican food. To give you an analogy you might be more familiar with: Taco Bell is to Mexican food as hot dogs are to Polish sausage.

Um... Sort of a lime-ish soda? ... Well, it's... It's... uh... It's green.

Getting your car back from the garage, to find they have moved the seat, the mirror and left kick scuff marks all over the plastic door edges, and mud all over the carpets.
That's it, rant over.............., and I got charged £90 for the privilege?

People with big suitcases who get off a train and then stand right there looking around gormlessly.
then moan when commuters (for we are evil ) push them physically out of the way.

Sho
That will be the same ones who get to the bottom of the escalator and stop dead to look at their tube map.
Then wonder why they get stampeded by the herd behind.

People who stand in WH Smiths reading the magazines. It's not a library. If you want to read it buy it. Don't stand in my way and act like I've greivously inconvenienced you when I say "excuse me".
This goes double if the person is large and/or wearing a large bag.

"People with big suitcases who get off a train and then stand right there looking around gormlessly."
This highlights an underlying theme....people who meander through life as if no one else exists. They stop in inconvenient places, not just in train stations but everywhere, including supermarkets, where they also pack their groceries as if there isn't a queue behind them.
They will also stop and talk to acquaintances wherever they please, use their mobile phones aimlessly on pavements, and not make room for others when walking along said pavement, especially when in groups.

oh and the people with rucksacks...
2 PH there: the ones with a very full one, on their back, who bump into you, or block access to things etc etc because they are too stupid to realise they are carrying it
and the guy who often sits opposite me on the bus. He has lots of bits of cord and straps hanging off the bag, and finds it necessary when he stands up to swing it round, hitting me in the eye with a few of them. I have told him about it before, with no effect. Next time it happens I'm going to grab it and hit him with it.

Lusus, your last paragraph really struck a chord with me. I am fed up with people who text as they walk, expecting everyone else to move round them instead of checking what's in front of them.
Another group of people I take issue with are the ones who walk behind me, talking loudly. I'm not interested in the actions of their friends and family, so I have to move to one side till they've gone past.

Yesterday at the supermarket I returned to find a woman had a large suv with both passenger side doors wide open parked next to me, her half full cart behind them while she was idly placing item inside through the rear door, also wide open. I could not get past the hood (bonnet) along the left-hand side of my car (we carry our passengers on the other side). I put my groceries down on the hood and glared in her general direction. After almost two minuets she noticed me standing there.
'Oh, was I in your way?'
I won't even mention the number of people who were standing in front of every shelf I needed to get to while I was shopping.
And some people are against capital punishment

to be fair, FS, if she was in her own little world, why would she notice you? Instead of glaring for 2 minutes, I'd have immediately asked if I could get by. and then depending on the answer got stroppy or said thanks

True Sho, I should have just spoke up and told her she was blocking my access to my car, but I was so frustrated by the others that I knew I could no longer be polite. I said the others were blocking my access to the shelves in the store, actually they were having long conversations each with a shopping cart (or trolley) that blocked half the aisle.
I try to be civil and not provoke combat under any circumstances. My initial thought was to just kick the doors shut and go on with my business -but by that time I was content to just and wait.

I've often felt that's an attitude that does more harm than good.
