Personally I noitced when I saw an add for the New Series of Merseybeat. If you want to see a bad lip job by the way (or is it a *worse* lip job? ) hunt about for recent photos of Melanie Griffiths

It is such a shame. I think that cosmetic surgeons should be struck off if they do such bad jobs. Surely someone has told her how bad it looks?

After Quadrophenia, her only claim to fame seemed to be having her picture in the paper every week. It was usually the same thing: Stringfellows, her and her sister with Brian Tilsley from Corrie and the headline "What's Going On Here?".

I'm baffled why someone as lovely as she was would want to do this.
I don't see why puffy lips are sought afer by the famous. You can always tell.
I read an article where Lesley admitted that when she first had this done, she was alarmed at how it changed her face. She seemed to think it was normal looking now. Scarey.

Gordon Bennett! I've just been to visit my mum and she had Merseybeat on. She looks like Mick Jagger, only not as pretty - she's got lips like a pink Dunlop radial!
Surely that's not what she'd meant to happen - it _must_ have been a cock-up. Do these things settle down? I haven't seen anything like that since that woman in Coronation Street who went 
s and did something similar, and then started going on chat shows half cut and trying to sing. (And where's she now, eh?)
I hope Lesley Ash's face, erm, subsides, if that's the appropriate term. I used to think she was quite pretty. Poor woman. Why couldn't she leave well alone?

OMG I saw Merseybeat last night.... Freaky! (with a capital F!)
I'd seen the adverts for it and sort of recognised her but couldn't remember her name cuz I kept thinking "that's not Leslie Ash, she looks too weird"!
just saw the photo on that link by Kerr!
It's like Daniella Westbrook was a good advert for not snorting cocaine, Leslie is a good advert for not having cosmetic surgery! Just say no kids!!
