I don't know...I'm not sure if Rory would want to do it for a start, but also I'm not sure that he would be right. People would always be expecting him to do impressions.

If he could do it without impressions, then fine, but there's nothing worse than an impressionist who can't finish a sentence without slipping into someone else's voice. 
What about Ben Elton?
Well, what about the Ben Elton of 15 years ago, before he started hosting royal garden parties and writing musicals with Queen?

Hmm... not to keen on the idea of Rory doing it.
I thought Clunes did a fine job, I could happily watch him every week - but still there could be better out there.
As for Boris, he would liven up just about any programme you care to mention! Providing that no-one explained to him what was going on. Does anyone know if he's returning this series?
