First thread I've seen today and I'm already heading for a cold shower and a bottle of dried frog pills.

About men: Almost boy-looking guys, almost shining-through bodies (and, thank the goddess, I'm sharing my life with a lad looking this way).
About women: Quite androgynous-looking...
And, btw, that's what I really like: People you can't tell by the first glance whether they're male or female

Has this thread wandered over into the realms of the Bangkok chickboy?!
Eeek... *consideres unsubscribing but is having too much fun reading*

Ok...
Chyks: Mrs SM is a mix of Portuguese/Kenyan/Lancashire which (except for the northern bit ) I find very alluring, which is good really. I'm not afraid of having a good look at the older woman - up to ~15 years older, but I don't like young girls, those 20 year old blokes who hang around school gates to pick up their 15 year old girlfriends haven't got the looks/wit/charm/intelligence to get someone their own age.
Fellas: I've thought about this before. I do know what I like, I am 'in-tune' with my sexuality, it's just I don't find blokes in any way attractive.
Bangkok chickboys: Frightning. You think "Heeelllloooo" and then you think "What the hell is that bulge?!". Bleugh.
Liam.

You can call me TC Posted Sep 2, 2002
I really can't generalise on looks. Male or female, I go by what they are like - e.g. how much they smile, how quick-witted or polite they may be - can't really be specific here. It may even be something that is peculiar to that person, and wouldn't be found in any list of characteristics.
Men, however, should be taller than me and definitely masculine with a nice smile and a good laugh. Mannerisms and honesty can be the attraction, but a quick survey of all the men I find attractive results in no common single feature shared by all.
Women. Hmm. Should be self-assured and witty. Barbie Doll perfection is definitely out. You can't imagine them going to bed with anyone, nor going to the loo.

Thanks for the reminder TC - I forgot to mention: she's got to have a cracking pair of personalities. Only joking - any size except for none is fine for me. Back to the proper definition of personality. I could fall in love with someone's personality, that is definitely the deciding factor.

@ Captain SpankiMunki: I am female, btw, it has nothing to do with Bangkok or anything... I just love to see that there are people you just can't tell whether they are male or female... When I was about 16 I was asked "what are you?" by a guy in Rome who didn't feel very well at the moment he asked me, but I felt quite good about it

You're all so much more picky than me.
Women: Must drink pints
Men: Must buy me the occasional pint.
Yup, that's about it

"I LOVE little lollypop sucking, vinyl wearing goth chicks, with beautiful Hentai-looking hair in vibrant colors, with perky bosoms, and tiny, lithe little bodies."
A good description of the girls I do "double takes" on but know i have no chance with, as long as the "tiny, lithe little bodies" are their natural build not due to not eating food.
Bigger pre-Raphalite women, big, curly hair and curves, hippy dresses and into free love.
Smaller, short haired, boyish ones.
with a pulse or at least still warm
"Pinball Smiles"
Electric eyes.
Face to light me up in the morning
Kadu
PS those last 3 refer to the one who I am sharing my life with, and who makes me so much sometimes i

Men : Not qualified to comment here.
Women : I like mine...... Flirtatious, outspoken, blonde, smart, seductive, not at all innocent looking (i.e. no lollipops!), Voluptuous/Curvacious rather than athletic (built for comfort, not for speed), and with a mind as dirty as a muddy puddle.

Ditto
Except to throw into the conversation that resrearch has shown we are usually attracted to people who share a reasonable proportion of similar features to ourselves. Not immediately obvious in some couples, but I gather can be as subtle as e.g. angle of nose, slant of ears.

Are you trying to say I'm not?! Would you like to take this over to the "What's wrong with H2G2 researchers" thread?
