My lovely bright sunny winter day has just turned into grey miserable wet november day in about half an hour. What a pain in the rectum. Just when it's time to go out for lunch too. Looks like you might have to forget about Borough Market Zantic. Go to the pub instead!

Went to the market at 11 while it was still nice Ballynac. Unfortunately, the hot food stalls were shut. It really has gotten horrid out there. Time for the hot choccie and duvet i think...

As I was cycling in yesterday in teh pouring rain an auld fella out walking his dog shouted after me: "Just be glad they haven't privatised the weather yet :- wouldn't it be awful to be paying for this?"

1413 hrs GMT 22-11-02 from Preston Lancashire and the weather is pants here again. I think that there's a rhyme about 'Preston' but am not sure of it, but anyway. As I said "the weather is pants here"

Very cold in Dublin as well - beautiful clear day though.
I have no idea why a red sky in the morning should be of interest to shepherds, but this morning's one was spectacular. Pity I have B&W film in the camera at the moment

The thermometer on the north side of the garden shed, here in Guildford, Surrey is registering 3.4C, but it feels very much colder with the strong easterly wind.

The sun is a welcome change to yesterday's drizzle and the wind may be cold but it is drying the washing.

The pressure, at 1026.3 is steady.

Today has been mostly bracing.

The temperatures have plummeted here in (still sunny) Luxembourg. (trust me, I do a 30 minute jog before breakfast). we're looking at a high tomorrow of -5, and not set to see +signs for some time to come. brrrr!
