From 16:30 to 17:00 there was fine rain and then about 18:00 the sun came out and it even though it is late in the day, the sun is still out and the the clouds have thinned and the sky is still blue. It has been very changeable today.

Central London - 10.24am - 20th November ...oops I mean July, 2007

Grey and overcast and raining on and off and about 17c. Miserable!

London, 12:31. Recent thunder, current rain. Lots of rain.

Chipping Sodbury, S. Glos 13.09....rain...loads of rain, has been raining since the early hours...and we've taken the day off to go camping

Heavy rain for the last 3 hours, thunder and lightening, 4 power cuts in the last 30 minutes

It's like the caribean here in London (sort of). 21 noon, the skies opened, the heaviest rain I've seen in ages feel, they had to close Mansion House tube station and Liverpool Street because of flash flooding. And now, the sun is out, the sky is blue, it's about 24c and it's a beautiful summer's day. This is fuchéd up!!

It is frightfully sunny out there. I'm even contemplating going outside for a bit.

It seemed like that earlier when I was in town. It caused quite a problem to a new driver.

Stopped raining here (S Glos) but looks like it's still a bit damp on the Gower webcam - postponed camping trip until tomorrow. Beer will numb the dampness for 48 hours!

Rain in the morning and it started to clear from the early afternoon with blue skies and fluffy white clouds and plenty of sunshine. I have seen the overnight weather forecast and it does not look good.

The heavy rain could persist over Wales and Central England for much of the night. Rain will extend further into northern England. Much of Scotland, Northern Ireland and southern England will be dry.

The sun's out!!! But I can see a BIG black sky heading this way....better get off to Wales

12.47 Chipping Sodbury light grey cloud and cool. 10.30 at Neath was black cloud but dry....but the campsite was incredibly soggy! Camping will have to wait to another weekend

Sunny morning but by lunch time the clouds had built up and there were a few showers but by late afternoon it slowly cleared up and the sun came out in the evening. There are blue skies and the clouds have thinned.

Its times like these when you'd like to transform your car into a boat if only for a few minutes.
