Beautiful blue skies and sunshine on the Southern coast of England.
Not as cold as it has been either.

Today the winter arrived here. As it is heavily snowing, soo windy and freezing. It is rather shocking after the last week's mild autumn sunshine.
The kids already got excited. And me? well... not that much!....

Thurock Essex: It started out at 6:30 am partially clear skies with a few whisps of clouds. There was frost on vehicles and the grass but not on the roads or pavements. The skies got more clearer as the day proceeded. The sun was at times was strong but as it got lower in the sky, it became weaker. There has been a cold breeze throughout the day. It is 20:32 and the skies are more cloudier than it was last night. There is a full moon.

Trinidad 4.40 pm just had a big rainshower (it is the wet season) but still very hot 30+ & very humid.

Yesterday in Thurrock, Essex: cloudy (high cloud) with some sunshine but cold.
Today in Thurrock, Essex: It started off cloudy (mares tails and cummulus) but it has cleared up with plenty of sunshine which was strong at times but now has start to fade. It is 16:04 and the sun is going down. It feels warmer than it has for the past few days. At night times there has been a full moon.

Nice to know weather isn't to bad in Thurrock.Had nearly 4 years living and working down the road at Orsett Hospital in the 1980's

A bit overcast but the sun is gradually breaking through. It's quite chilly though - about 8c.

Nice and sunny here in South Yorkshire, but it's really cold in the shade. I expect we'll get a frost tonight .

Overcast, cold and windy with some light snow flurries for the last 4 or 5 days. A few trees and large branches blown down. Several road accidents due to vehicles skidding on black ice.
Today quite pleasant and becoming warmer with blue sky and the sun returning. 14c or thereabouts.

It has got a lot colder in Thurrock, there has been dampness in the air and very over clouded all through out the day and evening. I read the weather report tomorrow and there will be fog in the morning and BBC says it will be sunny but ITV says that it will be a wet day.

I have seen sea gulls flying over S.Ockendon-Thurrock, which according to tradition means that there are stormy waters off Southend which is about 18 miles away from us.

21.28 just south of Heathrow. Cold, clear skies, undoubtedly a frost so I am off to tuck up in bed until I have to get up for work at 0300!

It's a cold night here in south yorkshire, the big test will come when I have to take the dog out, if it's really cold she's really quick!!!
