Blue skies, bright sunshine and a temperature around the 20c mark for the third day running. However, the wind is blowing hard enough to bend the trees right over, so I'm guessing that the stormy weather is on its way.

Umm... the Brisbane weather forecast is for rain from Friday until Tuesday. It's warm rain at 22C or so, but it's rain none the less.

South London, 4.35pm ducking freadful!
Rain and high winds.
Train home was diverted this morning due to a tree falling on the line. Walking through the park was risky because branches were falling down left right and centre. Somebody should tell the Delia Smith's Norwich dream could easily become a nightmare.

What depresses me is that the time from May 1st to now has gone really quickly. That time again and it will be September and heading for another winter.

East England, Lincolnshire coast.
9.20pm.
We've had no rain yet, but it's on the way, all 3" of it...
And I'm VERY near the coast, which the weather forecaster said "localized flood warnings for the coast over the next 2 days"
There's a force 9 gale out there though, I'm hoping my neighbour's fence holds so I don't lose my plants...
Not bad for the third week of our "summer"
Thunder and lightning and heavy rain for the previous two days...you gotta feel sorry for the Lincolnshire family who moved from Cleethorpes after their home being struck by lightening, to just outside Lincoln, and on Monday...their new home was ...can you guess?

This morning is gloriously sunny and fresh.
YESTERDAY it was like a mild(ish) winter's day - dark, p****g down with rain - not polite stuff, it was really really wet - and we had gales of around force 8.
This contradictory weather, of course, has nothing whatsoever to do with greenhouses or ozone layers!

Oh goodness, he's in for a soggy day!
It's sunny here in London at the moment, but the weather says that the downpour is coming back later today.

It absolutely wazzed it down and blew a gale here from about 4pm yesterday afternoon until well after midnight.
However, today is an entirely different matter. Woke up this morning to clear blue skies, sunshine and only the gentlest of breezes. It's been gorgeous all day (so far) with temperatures in the region of 20c, which is about 4 degrees higher than forecast and I'm now regretting that I dressed in warm clothes.

Horribly humid, too.

Well, it's about an hour-and-a-half since I last posted and it's still not raining. However, it has clouded over and the wind has got up. I leave off work to walk home in 15 minutes, so I imagine that's when the rain will hit.

The weather here (Wiltshire England) is dreadful. A depression from Northern France has caused freak storms.
Lots of damage in the area and power cuts. It is more like November than July.
