What would you ask Hitler?

The difference between a fascist and a nazi can only be compared to the difference between a communist and a socialist - not anywhere near as big as either would like you to beleive

I wonder how many legos it would take to build a lifesized model of the Golden Gate Bridge?

and not the green bricks either....
Right, technical difference between a nazi and a fascist.
Fascists are anti-democratic and believe in the "strong leader" as leader of the country, a father of the nation type figure ie Mussolini. Policies will have a *socialist* feel to them, in as much as the rhetoric will be against the capitalist oppressor of the common man. The practicality my well be somewhat different. They may or may not have issues with foreigners. They certainly will have issues with anyone who opposes their fascist regime.
Nazis are members of the National Socialist German Workers Party. A party formed out of the political mess left in Germany after World War I, and led by one Adolf Hitler. The above characteristics of a fascist party certainly apply to the Nazis. But the Nazis had one unique selling point being their hatred towards Jews and a desire to conquer the Slavic nations to their east. Then populate those lands with *nice blond blue eyed German children etc etc*. And furthermore to achieve this by using all means necessary. And we know what that means!
In todays world the names are pretty much interchangeable. Nazi should be reserved as a term of abuse for a fascist. And there is nothing wrong with abusing fascists and any time of day or night

ok so I get the differences now, but they're still both as bad as each other and will probably be responsible for my first ever [removed by the moderator]

GreyDesk Posted Nov 29, 2001
Oh I agree, both are as bad as each other. I've always worked on the principle that whenever I meet someone selling a fascist paper in the High Street, and I think that I can take them on, then violence WILL occur
I wonder if we will get moderated for saying bad things abouts nazis/fascists? What follows in my next two posts is a little experiment

The remarks about that austrian blokey are more likely to be moderated, I would've thought...can they de-ace us for this?
What would you ask Hitler?
The Theory Posted Nov 29, 2001
I wouldn't say de-ace as much as maybe a LIFETIME suspension...
BTW: what's a c**t?

GreyDesk Posted Nov 29, 2001
I doubt that they will de-ACE us for *bad* language. I've been in a drunken thread saying all sorts of nasty things about all sorts of people and all we got back was string of [removed by mod] messages, and a sweet (automatic) e-mail telling us of our crimes.
And Theory, do you REALLY not know what that word means?
