how can i stay awake for 148 hours (1week)?

Are you sure you should continue with this? If you have all these symptoms after 24 hours. You should feel nothing but a bit sleepy now, nothing physical. If you have things like that after one day, how won't you feel after just four days.

I have a couple more suggestions for staying awake.
Play Operation, Kerplunk and Twister. Learn othello or Alice in wonderland or THGTTG off by heart.

More suggestions:
Learn the songs from monty python. Learn a muscial instrument, doesnt have to be expensive, just a recorder will do it, but it will make the time pass quicker and takes your mind off the fact that your eyes seems to be shut and you have just fallen flat your face again.

Risk? I think I've still got one or two games out there still unfinished from the late 1980's. Of course I have had a bit of sleep since then

I think it was the red bull on the first day that did it and now they are too scared to cme and confess they fell asleep.
