Wanton misposting! Left leaning unhooverishness! Right falling misconceptualising!
I fear a schism!

Should you fear a schism when nighthoover desired one (from h2g2)?

Nighthoover has shown us the path!
It is our responsability to take whatever path this entity reallly wanted of us!

Well, just there, you see, I just find suggestions from someone named *The Evil One* to be suspect, ya see what I mean?

So far the path/example of nighthoover seems to be to post a self-defeating question (wouldn't need to cancel if hadn't joined in order to ask) and to follow it up with a self-referential prophesy (wouldn't be stuck at post 9 if ever posted again).
We have all already failed to copy that pattern exactly. However, one might come close by repeating it in the context of another thread. For example by asking how not to join one of those clubs which one automatically joins merely by posting there. Oops - I sort of did that the other day.

A sort of trans-substatiation in that one thing represents another which is necessary for the first. Or perhaps a philosophical oxymoron. Or a Klein bottle of the soul.
Or something.
OH Nighthoover, have you forsaken us?

Well I could try self baptism and start a new thread and follow Knighthoovers example and thus remove my sins

Who says nighthoover has left h2g2?
Nay, verily I say unto thee the nighthoover is ever present and watching, a benevolent lurker on the threads of the faithful.
[much hand-waving in the air for which seems strangely inappropriate - or then again perhaps not. ]

nighthoover is everywhere, nighthoover is everything, nighthoover is nighthooverly more so than other beings and the nighthooverability demonstrated gives us hope for saving ourselves from the unnighthooverly influences

Hey, 2legs! You just ran straight past the crossing (bobbly pavement). Didn't you want to wait for the smiley lights to change?
There you go - safe to cross when the smiley's not cross, don't dither on the erm or hang over your crossing for too long. Sometimes the lights do get confused/broken and stuck though:
Of course there are a number of occasions on which red and amber might legitimately be showing together:
