Sorry I didn't get back in time for Sunday...
Near Earlswood Lakes, to the East of Brum. Look under "Pubs" in the Brum Yellow Pages...
I haven't been there for nearly a decade, and have found two online references, both dated 2000. One laments the fact that they had no cider, which doesn't sound too promising, but does class them as "Biker friendly", ( ) while the other (http://www.catshill.com/trips/stratf.htm) gives them a good review in passing.
I had two pints of their "white scrumpy" before being driven round to a friend's mother's house in central Brum. When we got there I opened the car door and fell flat on my face on the pavement... My brain and upper body were fully functional, but my legs were no longer under my control. I had to be carried up a flight of stairs... Recommended!

ants fall on their right side when intoxicated, and humans and dolphins are the only animals to have sex for pleasure!

The second part's not true... Dogs hump your leg, and according to Shannon Doherty on the Graham Norton show, stallions masturbate. They wouldn't do that if it didn't give them pleasure.

From my window I can see workmen pulling down a factory, building a hospital and pulling down a old folks home,( not the same workmen doing all the jobs )
