Is This The worst Song Ever?

Hey, some good bands have come from the Netherlands!!
Focus was indeed Dutch, they're OK. Golden Earring were tolerable. The Shoes were good, and a cool ska-punk band called Doe Maar.
And don't forget Shocking Blue!!
Never heard the Waterfalls song you're talking about, but I think I've heard of TLC, and they are indeed crap.

Disagree Blues. TLC and Fast Food Rockers are like s***. One of them is dog s***, one of them cow s***. At the end of the day though, they are still just s***.

I remember singing that blasted fast food song in the Brownies aged seven, so it's not even original! Oh, and have Las Ketchup been mentioned yet?

Don't forget the comeback album - Subway!

There Must Be Subway Outta Here,
Said The Joker To the thief!
Fast Food Rockers Vs Jehovas Witnesses.
All Along The Watchtower!

I'd suggest that there is a difference between 'sh*t' that is not to your taste, as TLC are not to mine, but can at least be recognised as having *some* talent, (Bob Dylan and the Beatles come into that category for me) and something which is objectively utterly without merit, such as The fast Food Rockers.
I'm not surprised it wasn't original, btw. That wretched Star Trekkin' thing had been doing the rounds for years at cons and the like before The Firm got hold of it.

Is that a fact?
I thought the Firm were the originators!

I think Fast Food Rockers should come back with a pop opera telling the story of how a burger makes it from cow to counter.

I know i first heard Star Trekkin' at least two years before The Firm being performed by a one man folk act at an jousting event or some such. Trust me, it's not an original.
As for the rock opera, I suppose it could have a song in it called 'Bob the Butcher'...

To reply your previous post - as an advert, using Black Lace's "Agadoo" as an example, years ago went - yes it's true you can re-cycle rubbish.
The worst Song Ever - my vote

When I was a kid that song confused the Hell out of me.
So, what if he puts his hat on a hatstand, does that mean he has to squat under it when he sleeps? And what if he WEARS his hat, does he sleep standing up?

Agreed. It sounds like he's out of tune.
Maybe he is. My pop saw Genesis on the Invisible Touch tour back in the day and Paul Young was supporting...he got bottled off, by a load of mid 40s Genesis fans. The shame!
