I survived being a passenger in a taxi in Italy (several times), I'm home to my own bed (snuggly) and I'm about to catch up with my buddies on hootoo!
How's that for reasons to be cheerful!?

I'm going out tonight to listen to some rocking electric blues music and I'm not having to drive so I can drink alcohol.
Also got lovely light beige stilletoed boots for £6 in sale today that actually feel quite comfortable! Heaven, I'm in Heaven . . .
(late - gotta get them on)
