ahh ok now that were back on topic i must take advantage of this rare situation to ask a serious question -- and please, NO ONE laugh at me... in regard to the expression -hurting like f***- im wondering if its weird that when my hombre tried to, eh, venture down there with his fingers, it sort of hurt more than it felt pleasurable or what have you... ive no idea if all of you are wise and experience veterans here, but nevertheless i need some explanations and revelations!

Did you tell him it hurt? If not, do so. It's probably because you're not used to it; there is the matter of the vaginal muscles being tightly held, as you've never been called on to use them for... (this is a family site, isn't it?), and if they've never really had to accomodate anything above a tampon, it's going to hurt...

Otherwise, he's just doing something wrong.

Been doing some tampon-related research; do you think I should do an umbrella article on sanitary products, or just the celebrated items themselves?

How should I know? You're the one who's doing the research. How about just the tampons, and you could mention that I asked you what they were.

i think tampons in themselves are quite a complex topic!! they definitely deserve their own entry... funny thing is ive never used them before - my mother was a big fan of pads.. do you have a preference either way? ive been contemplating the issue lately

Not being of the appropriate sex I cannot comment on the tampon debate. However, returning to the original topic, remember foreplay is very important, it's no good just charging in there. Take some time to allow your body to relax and erm, how to say this...lubricate. Lots of kissing and caressing all over first.
