Glorious day! Blue sky and greenery everywhere! The flowers are blooming and the world is all bright and beautifull - and here's the thing - its silly season so looming over all the lovliness of "out there" is threat of Xmas shoppping that needs to be done -

What a dreadful bore! I wish those science chaps would just hurry up and circumvent air-travel and get "beaming" right - I could get into a day of christams shopping at Harrods - but packed shopping centres with false light and confined sweaty hoards just wont do!

Perhaps I'll just stay in bed a little while longer and enjoy the view . . . . .

It is dark and damp outside. The South Circular is doing an imitation of a Car Park due to roadworks, and nothing is moving over Kew Bridge.

I was going to get the shopping from town until I saw the traffic, so went local. 20 minutes later, coming back, the same people were waiting at the stop, so pleased I didn't wait.
