Due to an update of the registration system, you may find you have problems logging into h2g2 for a short period from 0700hrs BST on Tuesday, 2 August. Hopefully this interruption will be brief, but we'll let you know should we get any further information. We apologise for any inconvenience.

I think the BBC need to be dragged screaming and shouting in to the sixteenth centuary; maybe they've not considered 'hourse power' its probably the way foward from what I've been reading on the new generation of PCs site went funy earlier, I got a new error message I'd never receieved before a 'Ripley config' error

That's right. On my PC it's configured by pale blue, brown, and green/yellow.
