So what if we wreck this plannet.
Sooner or later the snivle it's got will turn into a full blown cold and after it has had a fit of coughing and sneezing it might have got rid of a lot of the germs that infest it.
Raedy for the next lot to come along.

What if we created our own political party? The H2G2-party? With the book as the party's political outlines and directions and with a nice cello playing dark haired woman, I forgot her name, as chairwoman and next PM? VOTE FOR ARTHUR DENT VOTE FOR HIS GIRLFRIEND!!!!

I can't wait for the results in Barking and Blackburn, I sure wish I lived in one of those.
Barking sees Margaret Hodge challenged by independent Demetrious Panton and Blackburn sees Jack Straw challenged by Craig Murray another independent.
Its funny how people say police/hospitals/tax/schools etc are their priorities, mine are being alive and if we don't clean up the air and other polluted parts of our planet, what do the rest matter? How can the environment be so low in everyones priorities, what do they think they stand on, drink, breathe? Somehow that is not important?

Because to them the problem can wait for another day.
They can see a problem with the environment but it's not imminent so why worry.
When they do start to worry it will be too late(as usual)
I live near Barking and I can tell you, you realy don't want to live there.(well I don't that's for sure)

This message: "Please note: Any discussions about about the General Election should take place at the h2g2 General Election Forum." still appears in Ask h2g2 in the add thread page. Shouldn't that be taken down now that the election is over?
