*Motions Volkert over. Turns to face him, with a stern expression on his face*
Right Mr Volkert, as your Captain I would like to know why I shouldn't just clap you in irons and have you thrown in the brigg for the rest of this journey. Demanding my ship, /my/ ship be turned around, deviating from the course and destination that I have set. Sir that is tantamount to mutiny. I want to know why you demanded Mr Richardson change course, and I would like to know how you managed to persuade him, moreover, i want to know what you have seen or heard on board this ship over the last few hours.
Based on your willingness to co-operate and the information you provide will decide my course of action. I would advise you that it would go well for you to be as forthcoming as possible, sir.
*standa back with hands on hips awaiting Volkerts reply*

Sir, the Ghost and I have both seen the signs of the Valkyries....I only see them when many die.....imminent death lies on the course that was set. We must travel to baltimore to survive, the Ghost knows someone there that can tell us of this thing Yclept that is trying to destroy us........

the tale I told at the last meal....remember those? I can speak and hear the ghost and some of us are trying to bring him into a solid form....I have said too much of this........ it is a small matter....... and you are one whom I can trust....... Richardson though, I'd keep an eye on him sir.... I cannot remember if I have heard of Yclept in the past but the Ghost seems very afraid of it, and since he's already dead I figure he may know more about it.....

Thank you friend Volkert, if I may call you that, for I think you are. Your honesty is worth much to me.
However the ship will remain at anchor until I decide otherwise, your ghost Captain should be happy enough with that for now.
I only ask of you, for now, please come to me if you find out anything more about anyone. Any small thing that you may not think is worth my attention, but be assured, even the smallest piece of information may give me a clue to what's going on.
You are a good man Volkert and I am pleased to have you by my side. If the er, ghost has anything to say to me, perhaps you could pass it on to me? I shall be heading to my cabin shortly. I am getting a bit fed up with all these people traipsing in and out.
One final think. No matter what happens to me, make sure my family are safe. You and Goodschaad are to protect them at all costs.
Thank you again, Volkert, you may carry on about your business.
*shakes Volkerts hand*

did you catch what Martens said? I thought it sounded like: go while you can.......I'm not sure what the second part was, perhaps... they've gone mad? Still, I don't like the sounds of that, perhaps we should keep an eye on Lorenzen as well sir?
