When I was in the RAF, we used to drive each other mad by charging up capacitors with a 500 volt 'Megger' (a test equipment unit used for insulation testing that generated 500 Volts) and left them lying around the workshop. ome unsuspecting fool would pick up the capacitor, and jump in the air as it discharged 500 volts through him!!!!
