Well, you see, I'm not really here at all. And even if I were, I certainly wouldn't be impersonating a government official, that just wouldn't be ethical. (...or something along those lines )

Then climb the rigging and join me in the hot tub in the Pelican's Nest. You can't leave now anyway, because the ship is about to submerge itself and begin drilling through the floor of the ocean, on through the crust of the earth, to the center and then out again to Australia. I am hopin that there will be a LOST WORLD somewhere along the way, but it might just all be molten lava.

i hope the nest is secure. wouldn't want the tub filled with molten lava. the water is hot enough for me. lava would probably force me to drink even more cold , and
