"The sea serpent is dinner"
And so it is!
Hmmm, some croutons would go well with the soup.

For Cabin Boy 1, the new Spa and Beauty Salon for Piratesses is now open, but it is short on staff. If you know of any Beauticians or Masseurs, would you kindly point them in the direction of the Spa?
Floh is hoping some Greek boys would join the staff too, it is decorated in the style of a Greek temple.

In some parts of the world, Wednesday is spaghetti day.
The only question is: do you want it Neapolitan style
with lots of basil, oregano, and parsley? Or with a white
sauce and some nice seafood? Or how about con sarde
the way the Sicilians like it, with sardines, currants, and
perhaps some fennel and broccoli? Other choices are
available, too. You can have it as a side dish with
your chicken cacciatore. There are some who enjoy it with
ham and peas. Others like it as a semi-omelet (called
a frittata). Add tuna fish, mushrooms, and a cream sauce,
and it becomes tuna casserole.
Chinese lo mein is another route you could go in,
but that would add too many options...

Yum yum!
The bass notes of those chickpeas make a perfect counterpoint to the song of the asparagus tips, and the way those peppers chime in on a perfect note of harmony only enhances the soaring melody of the artichokes. You have truly created a primavera worthy of Botticelli.

Pierce, I'm still waiting for that buffet
that mixes Louis Armstrong with Dietrich
Buxtehude or J.S. Bach. At one end of the room,
there's "Do you know what it means to miss New
Orleans," while at the other, there's "Vom Himmel
Hoch." And, off in the corner, I'll be playing
ragtime piano.

If we can't get Marlene (who is inconveniently dead ),
would Madeline Kahn do? Kahn did a Dietrich parody
in "Blazing Saddles."
