We fixed the glitch that was preventing me from updating The Manifesto! 
So I've uploaded the most recent code I possess (599 names) if you are not on a roster and should be or want to be, let me know I'll swish the gabble, sign the paperwork etc.
Next I'll be uploading the most recent calendar.
