Eh - it's kind of complicated... but it involves a ceremonial hall, a ceremony, an Archangel, a sword, an 
ordeance and a drinks trolley...

You must have already read a previous ceremony 
Archangel Kes usually makes a fresh batch of very strong 
for the older {not recommended for L} and he has been known to wield the sword afterwards.
Archangel Titania 
usually stands by though, to mop up any "accidents."
Don't panic though, we've had no fatalities yet. 
Learner applicants, watch your spaces for a thread entitled "Secret Heavenly Business" hopefully a ceremony will be taking place this Sunday morning, I am just going to set up the thread, then I have some sewing to do for two very special cushions.

incidently where do I get flying lessons... I'm dead scared of getting stuck in a thermal... or do you only get those in hell?

L do not yet have wings.
You will aquire them during the ceremony, and only then there can be lessons.
There is no flightsimulator for angels (yet).
