What about sheeps eyes, testicles, frogs legs, they all arrive on your plate looking nearly the same as they did when attached to the animal!!

Still, any genetically enginereed food-animal would have to retain some extraneous body parts in order to make Wieners.

Maybe it's a cultural thang but what are Wieners ? Are they what you call baby sausages ?

Wieners are what North Americans make hotdogs with. They are are also called Frankfurters (which may add to the confusion if you are from Frankfurt, or are fond of another totally different food stuff of the same name).
They are tan in colour, shine like plastic, and are reputed to be stuffed with animal parts usually regarded as extraneous to food production.
