A Conversation for Sausages
Sausages

In Germany there is not only the "Bratwurst" but - mostly in Berlin - there is also the "Currywurst". It's a sausage with very much Ketchup and Currypowder. I don't know what kind of sausages they use for it - and maybe it's better that way - but it tastes great.

I don't know if it's still the case but some German towns and cities, especially in the North of the country, used to have sausage stalls for the vending of sausages.
While these did sell a wide variety of German Wurst, they seemed to specialise in Currywurst. Thing is, they also serve the most delicious potato salad, quite unlike anything I've had elsewhere. A Currywurst and a tray of this manna is enough to bring Nirvana a good leap closer.
