Thanks for the list TC, but i think i will not make it to Mannheim. Didn't even know that he's on tour atm. Is there a new album published as well?

well my song for today is 'be my number two' - one of the best lovesongs i've ever heard smiley - bigeyes
You can guess the artist smiley - biggrin

Bassman - Funny how people never ceases to amaze me!

Sorry ringo but "Be my number two" sounds a little rude to me! smiley - erm

My song for the day is going to be another Extreme song - this time "Get The Funk Out"

This song features a blisteringly fast guitar solo that at no point gets self indulgent - like they often do. If you don't know the song, it's on the "Pornografitti" CD, check it out. Some other great choonz there as well.

Bassman smiley - cool

Line Walker - Keeper Of Negativity

I'd be careful with 'GTFO' - it's only a short step from there to 'More Than Words', and then we're reaching fluffy territory! smiley - yikessmiley - winkeye

I think we need to bash out some powerchords here, so it's got to be 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' today. And don't forget to turn it up to annoy the neighbours! smiley - ok

If I hadn't already made my choices for the week, I would join you there Kasia - last night I saw a wonderful concert, finishing with Beethoven 9 - conducted by Claudio Abbado. The choir, however, weren't from Berlin, they were Swedish. They sung in perfect German, but to watch them move their lips you would have thought they were talking Swedish. I've never noticed before how people look when speaking other languages - I shall follow that in future - might learn something about mulit-culturalism and all that.

I'm another one in the classical mood today... well... erm... smiley - biggrin
I was discussing Smokie with GalaxyBabe in the muses egroups, and feared that I had to let Living Next Door To Alice be my song of the day. Luckily I was inspired when I remembered that it is a Chinn & Chapman song. So now I have listened to Sweet for the last two hours! smiley - tongueout
Song of the day: The Ballroom Blitz - the first English words I ever spoke (at the age of three): Are you ready Steve? Andy? Mick? Alright fellers... Let's GOOooo!!!!

Woke up this morning...... ~Hold on, that sounds like a queue for a heavy depressing blues number. smiley - blue ~

When I got out of bed the sun was shining brightly and I thought to myself hello "Mr Blue Sky".

Hey there Mr Blue, We're so pleased to be with you.
Look around see what you do, everybody smiles at you.
