I can read Mark Twain out loud including the dialect. Which isn't nearly as scary as reading "The Scarlet Letter" out loud including the dialect.

May I suggest moving New Orleans inland, like say, to the Baton Rouge vicinity?

I'm pretty sure it's the beads from past parades that has kept New Orleans from completely sinking.
