Affy couldn't arrest me, GL couldn't arrest me, BED couldn't arrest me, Chrome 101 couldn't arrest me, Amy The Ant couldn't arrest me, Mewtwo couldn't arrest me, Vestboy couldn't arrest me, and (even though he's desperately looking for a reason to) Uncle Heavy can't arrest me. There's no evidence that I've done anything wrong that I haven't paid for. I've apologized and paid for the damages at the donut stall, I always pay for what I steal from CLI, and I have no control over what my minions do with their free time.

And besides, I'm a supervillain. You can't arrest me without having a massive battle scene that involves a few very large rooms blowing up. That would be dangerous in this station.
