is this indeed an automymous offshoot of the bbc site?if so, would my remark on the papacy and the monarchy not been subject to censorship?

Hi scothom
This is totally unsuitable for Peer Review. Please click either the X or Remove link on the PeerReview list on the right of the Entry, to send it back to Afgncaap5 (BUUURRRFFFOOORRRDDD!!!!)'s page.
Peer Review is the first step for Guide Entries heading for the <./>FrontPage</.> and into the Edited Guide. For that, they need to be factually based, balanced and as accurate as possible. You might find reading Writing-Guidelines useful, where you can find lots of tips and advice about the type of Entries suitable for Peer Review. Or you can read some that have already been through the Peer Review process by clicking <./>RandomEditedEntry</.> Some of the older Edited Entries are not good examples of the type of Entries that are accepted for the Edited Guide nowadays.

*sigh*
Affy, when you pull this from PR, make sure you update it to 'not for review'. This will stop muppets who haven't read the Writing Guidelines sticking your stuff where it don't belong

Ack! Mysteriously vanish for about three weeks, and what happens? My one claim to fame on the guide gets a tiny amount of publicity that I'm not around to milk for everything it's worth. Ah, well. Such is the luck of the adventure-scientist-businessman.
Removing from PR.

Despite my best efforts, it seems that I am not allowed to remove this conversation from peer review.
I've checked the "not for review" button, but that's about the best that I can do at this point.

There was a technical hitch and Affy found he couldn't remove the article from PR. Since he isn't around much these days, could someone ask one of the Italics to shift it, please?

Yes. Please remove it. I need closure for this one part of my life.
