*starts preparations; dimming lights, lighting candles and scent lamp with jasmine oil*
*puts on music on low volume; Moonlight Sonata*
*starts rubbing hands together to warm them up*

*removes blanket and starts stroking Kathy's back with the palms of her hands moving in big, smooth cirles*
*circles growing smaller, tighter, harder, turning into a warm up rubbing*

*digging into muscle next to spine with the heel of her hand, pulling out and releasing*
*repeating all the way down, then changes to other side of spine working all the way up*
