Can I join that rambling clique thing? I want to ramble on more than a purely hobby-based level. I could get a tough-looking leather jacket and sit at the computer and only ramble when I've got it on.
Er, or something.

Just so long as you promise to go out and ramble some fields every once in a while.....or there again, maybe that wouldn't be such a good thing to do as you wouldn't be able to tell us about it in a kind of rambling way if you weren't seated at your computer.....but there again,at least you would have something to ramble on about......I think......is this the sort of thing that you had in mind?

I could do that every so often, yes, but then I'd be rambling in the literal, originally-intended sense of the word, and that's no damned fun, when rambling like this is so much more entertaining, because no one can go read about me rambling in a field unless I ramble here, seated at the computer again, and it's just not the same. I could get a wireless setup for the computer and ramble in the field while rambling in here but I think it would be hard to type and it would additionally defeat the purpose of being in the field in the first place which is to get out and away from the computer every once in a while since that's generally considered healthy but with what I eat I should be thinking about cutting out the 37 metric tons of cheese I seem to put away each and every day that is usually also coated in pork, heavy cream, and a pile of burning cigarettes, just for the taste you understand...
I've got to go lie down now. Oh and here's some commas and a fish[1], for the ones I missed up there in my attempt to successfully ramble: ,,,,,,,,,
[1] The fish is just there 'cause I like it.

I've heard rumors... and plus, with Monsy's creations....

Well, I for one NEVER cared if Ant ran or not. I didn't even care that he was right up there with Fenny in the running. What DID bother me was that he didn't show up in Amsterdam to be put on the plane with all the other competetion for Fenny. Would've hate to have him miss that appointment with the missle we've got planned for 'em...

Wow, Spartus, I'm impressed with your amazing ability to ramble! I have never seen such rambling in my life, and that jacket thing- beautiful. I think from now on Spartus should be the rambling spokesperson of the Stars, as he's up in that area anyway from what I gather... see, I'm just rambling spokesperson for the Fish tacos and Palm trees and brunettes who make little graphics for everyone. NM's the rambling spokesperson for the entire South, Monsy's the rambling spokesperson for wallflowers everywhere, An'ts the quiet rambling spokesperson, Baron here is the rambling spokesperson for evil, scary things, Shazz is the spokesperson for all-around fun people with odd accents, wowbagger's the spokesperson for Aussies with facial hair, MM's the spokesperson for the Welsh rugby team..., etc. etc. etc....

You should plot more quietly, Baron—Ant's got a huge team of security personnel so secret he doesn't even know about them. Now they're probably going to try to kidnap you for more intelligence.

Well, before Ant's spys can kidnap me, they'll have to find the ULTRA-TOP-SECRET location of my and Fenny's magnificent missle silo in the Mojave...

Rambler for evil things.

What, me? I have no idea what you're talking about. You must have the wrong person. I don't know anything about that or any of the things in the crawlspaces beneath the stairs or the snipers on the roof or indeed the very small camera—erm, non-camera object—in my inner jacket pocket, and don't even ask me about listening devices in the shapes of friendly tropical fruits because I won't know a thing about them. I won't even know what you're talking about. I know nothing.

She's also the spokesperson for conspicuousness in general... . Sporky's the spokesperson for the Great Gatsby and other near-misses of American Literature (was anyone else upset with the whole educational system's obsession with Faulkner? What about Twain? TWAIN?!)
I'll stop now, sorry. I haven't had anything to eat.

May I ask what you are, or has someone already said it and I just wasn't listening?
NOT that I need this information for any practical application. It is MERELY an act of merciless curiosity; there is not, nor was there ever, and indeed will there ever be, anyone anywhere with any desire to gain this information through me.
I just wondered.

Spartus Posted Oct 24, 1999
I've never been a *sniff!* official anything, Fenchurch! I shall start work shortly, when I have something to ramble about. I am, if nothing else, a focused rambler.
