I'd like to sign up as a definate... but it'll be dependant on things such as the calmness of the dwarves and badgers and chinchillas, and weather I can get someone in to baby-sit the bondage pony whilst I'm away and trim the dwarves foot hair... so that's probably a maybe

I think I should* be able to swing it... I lived in Manchester briefly when doing my Masters degree, so it'd be good to pay the place another visit I might even bring someone with me... But you lot might scare him off...

I will do my very best to be there for some or all of the time too. I have a fair amount of travel to sort for the New Year and cannot promise, but it would be great to have a chance to meet more Researchers in person.

The 'meet' is Saturday, but in true h2g2 fashion it defeated the space-time continuum to start gathering momentum on Friday, and currently has no end in sight...

Yes, the main meet is Saturday and that'll have the quiz.
But seeing as how people travel in the previous day a lot of the time, we're meeting for a drink on Friday too.
