Is there an area or way to post pictures of ourselves (not lewd or provocative) so we might see whom were speaking too? I know some people would post fake pics of themselves. But is there a way to do this or is it a forbidden thing here at h2g2?
It's probably in the rules somewhere around here.

The only way to do it, that I know of, is to register with an image hosting site (I use http://photobucket.com). Upload your photos there and put the link on your PS.

I don't know footbacon. I tried it and it works for me. Maybe because it's my Yahoo acct. I'll go try it on my other computer.
