Yeah, Twitter UK made no money. And so paid nearly no tax.
Twitter UK's parent company, based in Ireland, made a metric fecktonne of money.
Using an obvious tax dodge as basis for a value judgement about UGC is pretty ridiculous.

I think Hoo was trying to underline the obvious unnecessary
misuse of apostrophes in the possessive pronoun *its* which
because it appears twice in one sentence is unlikely a typo
but a true representation of Nick's English language and
communication skills.
But far be it from me to suggest Hoo could be so trivially
pedantic in making damning assessments of his fellow men.
