The most effective tongue-twister I know is deceptively simple-looking: "red leather, yellow leather". Most people can't make it past the second repetition before garbling it.

Not a problem for me.

This won't do much for my reputation here as being quite weird..but I've spent a lot of time training myself to do tongue twisters. They utterly fascinate me and the way your tongue can coped with the speeded upness. It's like a trance thing. I'll now be working on that one...to totally crack it.
