You can call me TC

Now it's been moved, I thought I ought to answer this one.

Although, actually, I almost can't be bothered to say that I must be the only person on the smiley - earth planet who can take it or leave it. I eat it and enjoy it, but if I don't have it, I don't get withdrawal symptoms and I wouldn't describe myself as a fan.

I love it . I even bought a jar of marmite XO [ extra old ] in a special jar the other week. I can not tell the difference to be honest. Mind you I do slap it on a bit thick. Even neat straight out the jar. MMMmmm.

Spread (thinly) on toast or matzo, it's delicious. If I can spare it, I add a teaspoonful to chicken soup - far better than a stock cube.

Deb

I only ever eat marmite when I get the craving - possibly once every three or four months. And then I spread it thinly on toast fingers and dip into softboiled eggs.

If I use the last of the jar I buy a new one immediately so when the craving hits I can indulge. Because when I want it I want it NOW.

Like.

I got hold of a special edition one recently. It was coloured t look like a cricket ball, and was made with the yeast left after brewing the beer specifically for the England Cricket team!

I also tried - and enjoyed - a bar of Marmite chocolate at christmas!
