Do we still celebrate Pollyanna Molloy day around here?
The little dear must be 21 now. Maybe she's got over the mental anguish by now.

Well, she seems to have survived the last 8 years alright.

One almighty raspberry from the judiciary in a rare moment of common sense:

Am I the only one who finds it frankly creepy that nine years after this appallingly spoilt little brat hit the headlines I can, with a single simply google search, find out that she now lives in Bournemouth with a man named Andrew Staple, owns a horse, has a daughter named Willow, and is, at the time of writing, due to deliver a baby in nine weeks?

Poor dear is probably living in some crack den now, wondering where her life went to sh*t.
I was disqualified from a school egg and spoon race when I was 8. Something about blu-tac, and being a bad sport, blah blah. Someone get me a lawyer.

The Twiggster Posted Jul 29, 2011
MonkeyS: please read my former post - she's not living in a crack den, she's living in Bournemouth, complaining about how much her horse poos, and expecting her second child.
And I find the fact that I know that to be the case frankly a bit weird.

Sorry, Twigs- you know when you read something and it doesn't sink in? I've just had one of those moments!!
Bournemouth, crack den......

It's the state of the modern world, I feel. With half the world online, and posting so much about their lives, you could fairly easily compile a dossier of information on pretty much anyone. It's only us weird lot that still use pseudonyms that are a bit harder to place.

So she's married, but still retains the maiden name under which she gained so much notoriety?

this story is brand new news to me, you guys
what is really really making me laugh is the expression on her face in that photo
it is so... teenagegirl angsty
i dont doubt it brought much joy to any parents of teenage girls when they saw it
i myself have a pix of my daughter with that expression on her face
haha ha its one of my favorites ha ha
(sobering up) but yes... things are getting scarier way scarier there are such predators out there

Sorry if I'm missing something, but Twig only said that she was living with Andrew Staple, not that they were married. If you've found out that they are married, then I apologise for the inconvenience - I'm just going by what Twig said.

Oh right enough, my bad for jumping to conclusions. Sorry, I'd forgotten how optional marriage is nowadays.

Geggs Posted Jul 29, 2011
True. And I also find myself thinking that 21/22 is too young to be expecting your second child.
I must be getting old.

The kids obviously fill the empty void in her life caused by Lincoln Cathedrals cold-heartedness- the complete bar-stewards.
Was her writ successful? Did the Cathedral have to sell off its silver to recompense her for a life of drudgery?

Geggs Posted Jul 29, 2011
No, the judge threw it out.
From norti's link above (about a third of the way down):
November 6 – Choirgirl vs. cathedral. In Britain, a judge has dismissed the complaint that 13-year-old choirgirl Pollyanna Molloy filed against the Dean and Chapter of Lincoln Cathedral (consecrated 1092) after she was passed over for
a “cope”, a senior chorister position.

Did the judge find that she couldn't cope?
