h2g2 merch?

So...what's the chance of getting some h2g2 shirts for sale? I'm a big fan of clothing that promotes laudable causes that no one's ever heard of. I just got a slashdot shirt in the mail, so I was wondering about our little community. Any ideas on the probability? Anyone got some good ideas for designs? Prices? Colors?
Ok, I'm getting ahead of myself. Why don't we start with possibility and work our way up from there.

Well, the h2g2 logo's pretty cool (ugh, I just said "cool") in itself, and so I'd certainly wear a shirt just with that on (and the URL of course).
How about some with witty "I'm researching for The Guide" comments. Or what about a shirt with lots of different Blobs from the official Guide Entries?
And how about a REAL Babel fish? You could make a mint. Hell! With that amount of profit, you could make at least _two_ mints.

This is the guide we're talking about here. There's gotta be a "don't Panic" on there somewhere! (on a sleeve or something)
And witty. It'd need to be witty. Not Ned Sherrin witty...more like Spike Milligan witty.

Just remembered a problem--The slogan "Don't Panic" is, apart from on the cover of our beloved guide, also the name of a gay/lesbian acceptance organization. I used to have one of their shirts in high school. I bought it for the guide reference and didn't even notice that the shop in Greenwich Village I bought it at also sold freedom rings and rainbow flags.
Whoops.
B'anyway, for the shirts I was thinking along the lines of "h2g2. The definitive guide to everything." or something catchy like that. Put that on one side and the logo on the other.
Of course this is all supposition as of this point.
EDITORS!!!!!!!!!! An opinion of feasibility'd be nice.

I'd love an H2G2 t-shirt or sweatshirt. Or a baseball cap. Just the logo would be fine plus a good choice of colours, not just white or black. It's the payment method that could be a niggle. I don't have a credit card, so they'd have to accept U.K. debit cards or cheques.

One option for this might be CafePress. You have to design some high-resolution graphics, but setting up a shop for your site is free and pretty easy. They currently offer t-shirts, coffee mugs, and mouse pads.

I have a friend who has used the above successfully, but I understand h2g2 may want a wider variety of products. I heave heard of (but never used) another program with an extremely large selection of merchandise. Logo Software does all sorts of clothes, banners, business cards, bumper stickers, post-it notes, gifts, you name it.

Both of the above process the actual sales, and would send a check to h2g2 once a minimum profit had been reached. h2g2 would decide which products to carry, and how much profit to make on each item.

Great Idea ! I want a tee-shirt!!!!!!!!!!
Baseball caps are a good idea too.
Not sure about the logo but something obsure and only obvious to fellow hitchers would be good.

I agree, absolutely. Something injokish that'll make people look at us funny and say 'what the hell does that mean' after which we can reply '42' and walk away with a triumphant grin.
Unfortunately, I can't think of anything. Arrrrgh.
Something like 'I know who U42 is. Do you?'

You mustn't listen to everything you hear Mark. Remember, a lot of it is just lies and malicious gossip. Anyway I thought all of those male models were gay..?
