It is indeed. And frankly I'm really disappointed that 99.999999% of h2g2 don't seem to care. What's the matter with you?

Today is Towel Day because Douglas Adams (you know, the bloke what created the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy and, incidentally, this website) died three years ago on 11 May

Must say, I walked around, carrying a towel... People didn't know what to make of it, and decided to ignore me altogether...
