One with fingers, and sentience, and access to the internet. Oh yeah, and a somewhat better idea about sex than just depositing sperm and eggs randomly.
Not sure that they've evolved yet..

Seriously though (oh yeah1) I'd be a Bobo with enough strength and stamina to win Finny Freny (on PS2 game Dark Chronicle)

I would be an omnipotent white fish living in the North sea, because everything I did would then be an act of Cod. The only drawback I could see would be earning enough for a plaice of my own. I would avoid loud discos as that would adversly affect my herring.............

I'm going to stretch the question slightly to include molluscs: I'd be a cuttlefish. They're cute, intelligent and they can change their colour instantly.
