Utensils, although some food (e.g., baltis) can only be eaten with your fingers. Messy, though.

Doing something creative - preferably listening to the radio but can also listen to the tv
I also like sprouts - they're wonderful parboiled then tossed in garlicky melted butter, lemon juice and roasted, chopped hazelnuts.
