Oh yeah? Tenner says he already knew

Isn't it sad that we consider our government so Machiavellian that we think they can stoop to grisly murder. And they wonder why people don't vote any more.
OMG!
The Groob Posted Jul 18, 2003
I expect to receive a conspiracy theory e-mail about this within the next week.

The guy leaked intelligence to the media... is anyone so naive as to think that leaks aren't silenced?
OMG!
The Groob Posted Jul 20, 2003
The BBC have now named him as the source.
I'm NOT starting a conspiracy theory here, but does anyone else find it odd that a 'very intelligent man devoted to his family' commits suicide so soon after the event?
OMG!
BouncyBitInTheMiddle Posted Jul 20, 2003
Human history has been the history of conspiracies. We call the successful conspiracies "governments".
Ok, so I don't really believe that. People simply aren't good enough at keeping secrets for real conspiracies to work. I also don't think the government would be stupid enough to assassinate someone in the public eye either.

does any one seriously think that tony thinks alister's worth that much? mandy was supposedly one of his closest friends and tony fed him to the wolves twice!
it all does seem a bit y but as much as i want to believe the consipracy theories, i just don't see it, however, i do hope its enough to effect regime change
my sympathies go out to his family, he was, by all accounts, a good man, who, as a weapons inspector for the UN made all our lives just that little bit safer.

I don't think the goverment would have ordered him killed, just someone high up in the intelligence services...
I hope it is enough to cause some changes in the regime...

"Isn't it sad that we consider our government so Machiavellian that we think they can stoop to grisly murder."
what is sadder is that we know that they didn't, not because of their ethics, but because they are not competent enough to have succeeded.

Didn't somebody do some research recently that suggest that Blair shows some signs of being a psychopath?
OMG!
Mister Matty Posted Jul 21, 2003
I can't believe you're all falling over yourselves to believe that Blair had this man murdered.
If anything will finish Blair, it will be this man's death. Already questions are being asked about how far he was "pushed" by the government. Blair is *not* going to come out of this looking good. It has the potential to ruin his leadership. Why on earth would he put himself at this sort of risk just to "silence" a leak who has already said everything he needs to?
Chances are his life has been made a misery by the governments abuse of him. He probably took his own life. Whatever, Blair is in real trouble over this - it has not improved his chances one jot.
