I think that Yoda's brainboard was also missing that button of which you talk.

I am willing to guess it is a letter which can in fact represent the triumph of a nation over another at the conclusion of a war. Am I close?

Hmmm, you would do this when I have a thick head from the night before, wouldn't you.....remember it's Saturday morning here!

Luckily I got it straight away
But looking at how I am known, I can show you that it is not within my limits.

I find it most difficult to input information into this thing without using said symbol. Yah, I know of what you talk, and I am highly sorry for y'all who cannot work with it.
But couldn't you simply cut it from anything containing said symbol and, with a magical CTRL-V combo, allow its display in your postings?

Truly, that would be a possibility, but what if one had to cut adn CTRL+V another group of words. It is annoying to continually cut back and forth in that form.
For now, on my way i must go,

Ah, you SAY that, but to DO it would indubitably go against, shall I say... umm, which word? Spirit? Thrust? Main point of what is going on? It's not important what word I pick... anyway, you can't do that. No actual particular prohibition on it, I'm not stopping you, it's just not big and it's not a show of wisdom...

a solution to this trial should show up in a location as torturous for any of this community who fail this trial.

Damn and blast. So I did. But it's such a handy thing for an author who is trying to output any sort of script - almost a foundation and as common in words from Saxon or Latin roots.
Alas, I cannot sign this posting for manually. It is lucky that my alias is on disk at H2G2 HQ. (Had to put acronyms 'cos (and slang) this symbol is both if shown in full).

Ah, I know your pain... such a tiny symbol, but such a subtly important symbol. Without it, you will stay bound not to hold truly strong opinions about anything, for two (or mayhap six) words mandatory for doing so will always stay out of sight.
So sad.

That such a symbol should perform havoc upon all our posting labors should instantly signal quick wits as to its worth. It follows logically that said symbol would own worth without rival.
Key: Complain about this post
