Intellegent people.
30c Cones from Maccas. They went up to 40c and there's now rumours they're up to 50c in some places. Next time I'm near one I'll have to check it out.
Soon (in Aus) you won't be able to see any Sea Scouts cause they're chnging the uniform (to a stupid one, I might add) and the Sea Scouts don't get their own anymore, we're all going to blue with a different coloured stripe thingy on the shoulders depending on your section. It's ugly as, but the people who did the survey were stupid, cause they didn't give them a "No, I want the old uniform" box but when Vic got hold of it they put one in, so like ALL of Victoria voted for 'No way in hell, it's dead ugly' the rest of Aus didn't get to, and they're aren't enough people in Vic to counter the rest of the scouts in Australia. I LIKE my khaki uniform!!

They still do the beano cherub, it's still going strong.
You have no walls? Where do you hang your pictures?
Things you never see anymore
CHeEky CHeRub Posted Oct 12, 2003
I have walls, they just need rendering and plastering . The only thing in my house that gets plastered is me . All my pictures are hanging on temporary plasterboards
I'm glad they still do the beano I wouldn't like to think of a world without Plug

The Groob Posted Oct 24, 2003
I'm hoping that Concorde will 'do' Biggin Hill, as I'm quite close to there. I still think they should've let Branson have a go.

Without doubt the most beautiful thing in the sky.
Robot dancing, aka robotics. I used to be quite good at that and still bore people with it when I'm drunk.

White dog poo (sorry if it's in the backlog, can't be bothered to look...)
Things you never see anymore
The Groob Posted Oct 25, 2003
I thought I'd found some of the sacred white dog poo yesterday. But on closer inspection it was a leaf whitened by football pitch markings.

The Godfather of Cheesecake Posted Oct 25, 2003
Denied!!
If it were to be found on a a train track, do you think British Rail would class it as "the wrong type of dog poo"?

As a (Victorian) Sea Scout, I am outraged at the changes. Destoying our fine uniform and replacing it with a terrible, apparently modern, alternative. The navy blue uniform is what seperates us from the rest.

Moth Posted Oct 26, 2003
In the UK we have maintained the proud tradition of the toilet tissue (paper) ad. Many are strange and wonderous and some shockingly graphic, particularly in the baby genre.

Where do you live that you don't see lava lamps? Still on sale in most electrical shops. I have got one (birthday present two years ago) but it is now packed away as it doesn't match my new decor.
Whatever happend to those sort of pop corn snacks called Hanky Panky - now that's something I haven't seen for about fifteen years.
