There is a certain genteel rivalry between Guildford and Woking we both regularly end up in the semi finals of the regional prize for the Britain in Bloom contest.
However those who are particulalry disappointed in Guildford not obtaining city status in this Jubilee are not very fond of Preston who did

Well - if you ever come to Solbergelva (very small place in Norway) - you shouldn't talk to fondly about 
Krokstadelva (also very small place in Norway). Exept if it is in comparison to Mjøndalen (very small place in Norway). Mjøndalen are even worse than Krokstadelva - and it is on the _wrong_ side of the river! 
This should be good to know next time you happen to be there
