You know in The Simpsons, there's always the Springfield vs Shelbyville rivalry and mutual loathing? - and where I live, in Maidenhead, we tend not to have anything nice to say about Slough.
Where's your town and who do you ridicule/make jokes about/etc, etc? Any local stereotypes?

I live in Lyon, supposedly the second largest town in France and all Lyonnaise seem to have a pathological hatred of Paris and Parisians...
(Something to do with them having a massive chip on their collective shoulders about being in second place I think)

I live between Portsmouth and Southampton.The footie supporters have a thing going but it's very mild.Being as I'm from both cities(having grown up in both of them)my husband,a Pompey supporter,forbears from calling me a Scummer and I don't smash his head in.
