I'll probably just have to experiment by making cakes and chucking all sorts in... could be very yummy or will clean out my insides very swiftly and therefore a cheap detox. Result!

That's the best I can come up with.
Frankly either looks like being heartburn alley.
Nothing beats a smashing warm scone just out of the oven with butter ooozing.
