I assume you're asking about a "Role Play" forum, well I think we're all doing that every moment of our lives, every time we log on.
But I guess you probably just want to go kill dragons or goblins or somthing, in which case I've got no idea. Maybe try using the Search engine at the top of the screen, especially search the conversation forums.

Now your suggestion of an RP forum made me think of a "Review Peers" forum. What a great idea, we put post up our peers and give them some good old constructive criticism on how they can improve themselves

No it isn't YK, my sympathies but maybe, like me, BBS doesn't know what RP is. Have you tried searching forums? If it's a pre BBC takeover forum it will be hidden from view until the moderators have checked it out.
But I did like BBS's idea so here's my review; short, to the point, dress sense doubtful, productivity unbelievable. .

I'd like to do some non-Pokémon RP too. Not that I don't like it, but I enjoy medieval fantasy (wizards &c.) too. I am, after all, an elf.

Just make a new Entry for it I suppose. Just make it a new world, not someone else's so you don't get done by the Moderators for copyright infringement, which is a Bad Thing.
Besides, a bit of free-form fantasy would be great fun...

Ooh -- I like that name! "Free-form fantasy".
Let's come up with some character classes, first. We'll need Warrior, Wizard, Cleric, Henchman, the odd 
, Thief, Ranger ... er ... and descriptions for each.
